How long will it take for my order to ship?

It usually takes one business day for us to arrange the shipment.

How do I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States, excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Yes, you are responsible for postage back to our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

All Products purchased on Dellausa.com may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided you retain all packing materials, the product is in 100% resalable condition, and you have your original proof of purchase.

What is Della's Warranty?

All products sold on Dellausa.com carry a “1 Year Warranty” unless otherwise specified. The warranty period goes into effect from the day your package is delivered.

How long is the manufacturer warranty?

The manufacture covers any defect within 12 months of the purchase time,  replacements only No refunds.

Why isn’t water automatically draining on my washing machine?

This product does not come with a drain pump, it works the same way as a gravity drain.

Why are clothes are still wet after the spin dry?

This item only spins the clothes until damp. Does not dry them completely so you will still need to dry them.
