What does the coverage include?
During the warranty period, if the product is determined to be malfunctioning due to the material or workmanship, DELLA will issue:
- Full Refund
The full refund is eligible for items received by customer within 30 business days, and will be issued to the customer’s payment method in 7-10 business days after DELLA’s customer service department receives the items and accessories inside the original shipping package(s). This term applies to purchases from the only verified seller “OneBigOutlet” on Walmart, Houzz.com and Overstock.com. Purchases from OneBigOutlet onAmazon and eBay are eligible to claim the full refund within 90 business days after purchase.
Customers can request the same new product in exchange for the damaged product within 1 year (365 calendar days) of the day of receipt. This term applies to purchases from OneBigOutlet on Amazon, Walmart, Houzz.com, Overstock.com and eBay
What does the coverage not include?
- Purchase from reseller
- Loss or theft of physical goods
- Damage due to natural causes
- Damage due to incorrect operation and maintenance
Where is the warranty valid?
The warranty is valid only for purchases from OneBigOutlet. The valid geolocation is within 48 continental U.S. states.
